I saw Dr. Zach for a non-surgical treatment with the purpose of hair restoration. He showed great knowledge at the initial evaluation, gave realistic and expected outcomes for the procedure, and has a great bedside manner. I had the 3-series procedure with a great outcome. Additionally, he used a new local anesthesia approach that made the procedure pain-free. As a licensed healthcare provider, myself, I am a very educated consumer. And I would definitely recommend him to anyone without reservation!

Extremely professional, I am sure this is the best place where you can get a FUE hair transplant in Atlanta. I checked a few places (including overseas) before going for the transplant at Springs Hair Restoration and the entire process has been by far better than expected. After my first consultation with Dr. Zack I knew right away this was the clinic I wanted to go with. The Doctor, his staff and the clinic were all exceptional and the aftercare was fantastic too, to say I am delighted is an understatement. I have been in contact with them every day since the operation with instant replies to insure you have no worries or concerns. This took me about 3 years to build the courage to do this, and it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done in my life. I will be posting another review with pictures of before and after later. Exceeded my expectations. Recently, I underwent hair replacement in February 2021 with Springs Dermatology MD/ Springs Hair restoration by Dr. Zach Charkawi (Zach). Dr. Zach’s deep passion and knowledge made the process very comfortable. Zach thoroughly explained the process together with answering any questions I had. I was concerned about how effective the procedure would be and the extent of discomfort in the process. It is now 7 months later and the results are incredible. My wife loves it. The procedure itself takes all day, and Zach was hands on together with his two very impressive technicians. Although the process was a little uncomfortable, Zach made sure to address any discomforts thoroughly. After the procedure, I experienced some swelling that lasted about a week. Zach personally called me every day to see how the recovery process was going. It was well worth it. If you are considering hair replacement, I highly recommend you contact Springs Dermatology, for I cannot imagine any other organization doing a better job than Dr. Zach Charkawi and his highly professional staff. Five plus stars.

I did my third hair restoration with Dr. Zack. I can say that by far this has been the best experience. It evens makes me regret wasting time and money with my other two procedures at different practices. My procedure and experience with Springs Hair was AMAZING. He cares for your hair as if it was his own. A few things to note: 1. Dr. Zack is extremely knowledgeable with the latest and great techniques available in hair restoration. 2. He is highly accessible and even gives you his cell number so you can text him questions and concerns (which I did every day before and after the procedure). 3. His price is very reasonable. My recovery has been so smooth compared to my 2 previous procedures. It was relatively painless and I already see that these results are going to be the best.

As a healthcare provider, I am very particular who I choose for my own healthcare needs. I completed my 4th hair restoration procedure with Dr. Zach, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Dr. Zach's professionalism was evident at my initial consultation, where he spent time discussing the procedure, pertinent research, and most importantly the realist expectations; he did not "over sell" the procedure. He also is the only practitioner that I am aware of who uses a specific anesthesia technique that dramatically decreased the procedural discomfort. He was very thorough during the procedure, covering all of the necessary areas. I highly recommend him and his staff without reservations!

Relaxed atmosphere; explained exactly what to expect; good post op instructions and follow up; the technicians were great; i was even fed a delicious lunch!

Dr Charkawi was fantastic. He really made me feel at ease and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my hair. Also it’s a beautiful, clean office with a sister location for follow ups or further needs which is very helpful. Overall very satisfied customer.

Dr. Zak Charkawi & his staff are professional and friendly. He is knowledgeable and was available through text/ phone, anytime i had questions during my recovery. The pricing is also quiet competitive.

In total I've had 2 transplants with them. The results from the first procedure were so good that i ended up doing a second transplant a year later to fill in the crown.

I even referred my brother who was also very satisfied with his transplant.

I had a excellent experience with my hair transplant, Dr Charkawi was very clear with instructions pre and post operation, during Surgery i felt very calm and at ease during my procedure and he contacted me daily and remind me and follow up instructions, overall very good experience!! I had an FUE hair transplant done by Dr Zack at Springs hair restoration   last year and I could not have been more happy. Dr Zack and his team are very professional, they make you feel very comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I had absolutely no pain after surgery. Dr Zack answered all my questions and called me the next morning asking how I was doing and he kept in touch through texting until the day of my follow up. He is highly recommended.

Dr.Zack and his staff go above and beyond. He is very personal and caring while explaining all my concerns. His office staff is so welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend his practice!

Dr. Zack did a very thorough and caring job on a small skin cancer excision on my back. He talked through every step, teaching his assistant and informing me as he proceeded. One of the best "doctoring" jobs I've had. Well done. 

My 12 year old daughter had a procedure done by Dr. Charkawi. He was great and was a very kind doctor. He made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease during the visit. As a parent, I felt very confident in him and was glad that he did the procedure.

Actually my name is Renee' I Ellis--I love Dr. Zack! He is one of the most considerate and caring primary care doctors I've ever been to. Dr. Zack listens carefully to what you tell him--then he evaluates your prognosis. I've never had to wait more than 15 to 20 min. -

The staff is very professional, pleasant and helpful. Dr. Charkawi is the best. He has been my doctor for over 15 years and has never disappointed me. He is extremely caring with his patients.
